Background

• EIH is an Isle of Man-incorporated, private equity Investment company which invests primarily in funds of funds focused on India. The Company's aim was to provide investors with access to top-performing fund managers and a diversified Indian private equity portfolio, while mitigating issues usually associated with private equity investments, such as lack of liquidity and relatively large minimum investment size.

• Current investments comprise two funds (Evolence India Fund and Evolence India Life Sciences Fund) and three direct/structured investments.
